Who We Are
Sunny Sprouts is a private homeschool support, enrichment, and after school program in Sterling, CT. We offer support and enrichment classes for homeschooled students during normal school hours, as well as an after school academic support program for Sterling public school students in the afternoons. We approach teaching and learning through the traditional American and Christian family principles of:

Our Approach
Our primary goal is to offer fun and engaging educational assistance to every student enrolled in our program. We employ a diverse range of teaching approaches, blending traditional and modern methods, to ensure that each child is taught in the way that suits their individual learning style. Our instructors are not bound by specific programs or teaching methods. They have the freedom to teach in the way that best meets the needs of their students.
Parents and Families as Partners
We value open communication between staff and families in order to build strong relationships. Families can contact us with questions or concerns at any time. We also welcome parent visits and volunteers. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to schedule a visit or offer your support as a volunteer.
Our Mission
The mission of Sunny Sprouts is to provide a safe, engaging learning environment that supports parental choice in the education of their children; recognizes children's unique learning styles and abilities; and helps children acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to become engaged, productive members of society.

Welcome to our page, and thank you for your interest in our program! As a parent of two school aged children myself, I understand how important your child's education and well being are to you. Helping them to learn in a safe, supportive environment is key to a love of learning and academic success, and my goal is to provide exactly that at Sunny Sprouts.
